Who is responsible
Janis Strauss, trading as Impact Outreach in Riga, Latvia, is the controller of personal data collected through this website.
To ask a privacy question or exercise a data right, contact Janis through his LinkedIn profile.
What is collected
When you submit a live demo request, the website may collect:
- your name and work email;
- your company website, sales-team size and target buyer;
- any optional context you add;
- the source page, referrer and campaign attribution parameters; and
- a pseudonymous security identifier derived from technical request data to prevent abuse.
Impact Outreach does not ask for sensitive personal data through the request form. Please do not include it in the optional context field.
Why it is used
The information is used to:
- respond to your request and prepare a relevant walkthrough;
- understand whether the system may fit your business;
- maintain a record of the enquiry and any resulting conversation; and
- protect the form and website from misuse.
The principal legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Legitimate interests in business correspondence, service improvement and website security may also apply where those interests do not override your rights.
Where it is processed
The website uses infrastructure made available through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare services, including Cloudflare D1 for durable form storage. These providers may process data on Impact Outreach's behalf under their applicable contractual and privacy safeguards.
Service infrastructure can involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used by the relevant provider.
Read the provider notices at OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Retention and sharing
Website enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months from submission. Any resulting business correspondence may be kept separately while the conversation is active, or longer where needed to perform a contract, meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
Personal data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and respond to the request, or where disclosure is required by law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis, although the request form does not rely on consent for the initial response.
There is no solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects based on the enquiry form. If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia or another competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and changes
Impact Outreach does not currently use marketing cookies on this website. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary storage to deliver, secure or authenticate the site.
This notice may be updated when the form, providers or operating process changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
